Giardini Naxos is bustling resort town nestled beneath the town of Taormina and it's easy to see why its so popular. it has a long sandy beach and some other rocky ones nearby, views to die for across the bay, up the mountain and across to Etna. Relaxing by day, the nightlife has something to offer everyone, cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs. It's generally cheaper to stay and holiday here than the more up-market Taormina up the hill. The centre of activity is the Lungomare on the seafront surrounded by bars, shops, restaurants. It's a great place to watch the sun go down and soak up the atmosphere with a chilled one in hand.
