Les Menuires is a ski resort in the Belleville valley of Les Trois Vallées between Saint-Martin-de-Belleville and Val Thorens.[1] Owned and operated by Compagnie des Alpes, it is in the Savoie département of France. The resort has 48 restaurants, 39 ski lifts and 62 trails. The resort has advanced ski slopes and beginner slopes. The resort also hosted the men's slalom alpine skiing event at the 1992 Winter Olympics.[2] Its slopes are connected to more than 600 km of slopes in Les Trois Vallées, making it a part of the largest skiable area in the world. The resort has not only skiing facilities, but also offers a range of other activities. If you're all about the skiing and snowboarding and aren't concerned with a vast array of bars and shopping, Les Menuires in France is a brilliant choice for you. It doesn't carry the price tag of the other Three Valley's resorts either, but it does have all of the convenience as many of the places to stay here are slope-side. 600km Three Valleys ski area with a glacier, beginner & family friendly Les Menuires is quite quiet compared to other Three Valley resorts so the choice of bars, clubs and restaurants is small, but good. The resort was founded in 1964 and has an altitude range of 1,850 m (6,070 ft).
