Oludeniz is probably the most iconic and photographed beach in Turkey.
Famous for the blue lagoon which does get a little busy in the summertime.
Equally famous for the parachute enthusiasts who descend from the mountains overlooking the beach in their hundreds each day, they really do look like giant butterflies as the float gracefully one by one onto the beach.
In honesty there are better beaches, this is a mixture of sand/pebbles but it is a bucket list item to visit if you are coming to this part of the country - it is stunning.
